Their ashes into dust flow freely;
their remains into the wind, the breezes
settling, becoming a part of us all
never having time to say goodbye
a nation mourns this terrible day;
one which will never be forgotten
one which will always be remembered
Those left behind. lives altered by grief
un-believing to what has happened
trying to cope with the reality. the terror
unable, un-accepting, the losses
of loved one's now vanished from this life
undeserving of the fate given them
the hero's who perished in bravery
saving those whose time not written
This just the beginning of a new war
terrorism against our Nation
an evil un-predictable. hard to defend
we will unite, we will stand together
and eventually. We will prevail
