EPIPHANY
It all makes sense now.
Yes, I uncovered the answer,
the answer to the question that has long haunted me.
It came to me in an amazing flash of understanding,
with an overwhelming profound, clarity of thought
as I watched the sunset,
and the lightning crack,
over the Grand Canyon.
For you see from that wondrous moment it all made sense:
And as I clasped my wife's hand a little tighter,
and noticed the expression on her angelic face,
I softly smiled and knowingly nodded
for I knew that she understood it also.
I cannot put that feeling into words
or fully portray how life altering its power was –
I merely, and humbly, suggest,
that you go and experience it for yourself.
And then you,
as we do,
will fully understand
How remarkable life truly is.
